Warranty coverage

Most products include the standard manufacturer or dealer warranty. The specific length and terms are shown on the product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modification.

Dead on arrival (DOA)

If a product arrives faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

Returns

Returns are accepted for eligible unopened products within a reasonable period after delivery. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to conditions. Contact us before returning any item.
